Juvederm for forehead lines. Is it risky?

I do not recommend using Juvederm for forehead lines but if it is done, the doctor needs to be very conservative as it can swell more than expected and leave fullness that is unsightly. Hope that helps and best wishes, Dr. Donath

For forehead lines, I often recommend the "relax and refill" technique. You first want to relax the muscle so that the pull on the skin is diminished leading to less wrinkling. Once the muscle is relaxed, any residual forehead wrinkling can be filled. I have used Belotero, Restylane Refyne, and Juvederm Volbella with great results in eliminating forehead wrinkles.
