Juvederm Volbella XC vs. Juvederm Ultra XC? I'm getting my first lip fillers in the next week.

Each patient is different and it depends on the look you want. Be sure you are seeing an experienced injector and discuss what you are trying to attain. Volbella is a thinner product and best for lip lines around the lips. Juvederm is nice for enhancing your lips for a fuller look. The new family of Juvederm fillers is far less viscous. Consequently the needle needed to inject is much thiner. this results in less pain, less bruising, less risk of arterial cannulation . I greatly prefer Juvederm Volbella over Juvederm XC for lips, Vollure for the face, and Voluma for the cheeks.
