i got a injections into the tear troughs and im wondering when im going to see some results. I see a little so far but its very dissapointing. the dr says it can take up to 48 hrs to see results. I wanted to ask if this was true?

Answer: Bellafil expectations The improvement should be noticeable right away if performed correctly but in the first few months there will be progressive absorption of the collagen in the product showing decrease in volume temporarily on occasions although progressive build up of your own collagen stimulated by the PMMA compensates for this. This product is difficult to use by non experienced surgeons and should not be performed too superficial or with the needle. I place it with a cannula below the orbicularis muscle just on top of the bone and results are beautiful and permanent.
