Permanent fillers cause problems. I would be careful of longterm risk of granuloma formation after permanent fillers. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian#Realself100 Surgeon
Hi and thank you for your question! Bellafill is FDA-approved in the US which indicates that is safety and efficacy has been rigorously studied and verified. Bellafill is an excellent long-lasting filler, but like any other fillers (or medical treatments), the key is to use it properly in the right patient and right area. Barring superficial treatments for scars, Bellafill is more appropriate for deeper injections and it is not recommended for areas such as lips and under the eyes. To see best results, please make sure to work with a physician highly experienced in Bellafill injections. I hope it helps and good luck!
Hello Renufluerroise,Bellafill is very popular here in my office here in the USA, I would highly recommend to most. I would suggest consulting with a trained physician who has performed multiple treatments to date and is available for post procedure evaluations.
Good Day. Thank you for your question.Suneva Medical's website has a Physician Locator that can be used to find a health care professional close to you.Bellafill is safe, however, every procedure has risks. The four components are the injector, the injecting substance, injecting technique, and the subject to be injected. The experience and expertise of the injector is the most important in achieving an exceptional outcome.Over-injection should be less than 0.1% and granuloma formation between 0.1% and 1.7%.Best of luck.

We are specialists in the removal of Artefill from the face and body. Inflammatory mediators can wreak havoc on permanent fillers, causing swelling and pain. Early removal is key. I would use SwellX to reduce swelling, if possible. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos angeles

Bellafill filler can cause nodules and chronic edema, soft tissue reaction, and longterm problems. We specialize in the removal of Bellafill on the face and see patients with old and new PMMA filler problems. Bellafill will eventually form scar tissue around the permanent filler. We recommend a...
Hi and thank you for your question! For this and a few other reasons, I don't recommend Bellafill for tear troughs and for any filler injections under the eyes, I stick to Restylane Silk, Volbella or Belotero. In your case, the strategy depends on how visible the lumps are....
