How do I bring up the tip of my nose? After I achieve that , how do I trim the cartilage between nostrils ?

Based on the pictures you seem to be a candidate for nonsurgical nose job with filler injection and some improvements can be achieved with that. However, while Bellafill is an excellent filler, it is usually not my top choice for nose injection and I think there are better options. The filler injection cannot help with trimming the cartilage between nostrils and for that you should see a surgeon. I hope it helps and good luck!
