Hi Gloria, and thanks for your question. Lifting your tip is something that the Non Surgical Nose Job procedure can certainly do. It would involve injecting tiny amounts of a filler like Voluma or Bellafill into very precise points on your tip. The same can be done to lower the nostrils so that less of the columnellar cartilage is exposed. I have been using Bellafill regularly for 8 years and have yet to see a serious side effect. It is a reliable and effective filler that can achieve really spectacular results. It usually takes 3 sessions for the final result to be permanent. I would suggest fillers over surgery for you becasue the changes you desire are very subtle and fillers are more precise at effecting these kinds of subtle changes than surgery. If you do choose to go the filler route, you should find the person who is most experienced at specifically this Non Surgical Rhinoplasty procedure. Hope that helps!
The results that you want can be done easily with appropriate use of Bellafil. There are special techniques that can not only lift the tip of the nose but create a narrower look at the tip. A good surgeon that has specific experience in this type of procedure is essential to get the best results.
Hi and thank you for your question! Based on the pictures you seem to be a candidate for nonsurgical nose job with filler injection and some improvements can be achieved with that. However, while Bellafill is an excellent filler, it is usually not my top choice for nose injection and I think there are better options. The filler injection cannot help with trimming the cartilage between nostrils and for that you should see a surgeon. I hope it helps and good luck!
Hello there Gloria,Thank you for your question. Bellafill can add symmetry to your nose or profile but if you truly want to have your nose look more narrow in the front view, you are looking at a surgical approach. I recommend a formal evaluation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to discuss all of your options and allow you to make the most educated decision based on your expected results. Hope this helps. All the best,Carlos Mata, MD, MBA, FACSBoard-Certified Plastic Surgeon
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
Bellafill is a good choice to make subtle but signifiant changes to the nasal tip and dorsum. Most patients elect to have a less permanent filler injected for the first time to see what can be done. Afterwards they often choose Bellafill to give long lasting results. Please consult in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon prior to making treatment decisions.
Bellafill is fine to use in the nose, however, you will be committed to a long lasting result of at least 5 years with a greater expense than other fillers if you are unsure whether you will like your new nose in case you opt for surgery later. Shorter acting fillers such as Belotero, Juvederm or Restylane can recontour your nose so you can see if your desired look is achieved without surgery. Filler and Botox can lift the tip. Nonsurgical treatments are for the outside of the nose. Surgery is required for reconstruction inside.
Good Day. Thank you for your question and photographs.Fillers including Bellafill can be used to smoothen or straighten the top (dorsum) of the nose and to mildly raise the nasal tip. However, narrowing the tip requires a rhinoplasty to both narrow the width of the lower alar cartilage as well as suture them together.Fillers can be used after surgery to fill in areas of indentation or depression while Kenalog or triamcinolone is injected in areas of mild fullness to avoid revision surgery, which occurs in about 6-8% of patients.Best of luck.
Bellafill and Sculptra are both dermal fillers used for facial rejuvenation, but they have some differences. Bellafill is a collagen-based filler mixed with polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres, providing immediate volume and lasting effects. Sculptra, on the other hand, stimulates...
Good Day. Thank you for your question and photograph. There are several issues to overcome. First, if the only issue is fullness that you don't desire, I would recommend a Kenalog injection or 5FU.If this does not remedy the issue with two injections, then surgical therapy can remove any of the...
Thank you for the question. Bellafill® is composed of 80% bovine collagen and 20% polymetylmethacrylate (PMMA) microspheres. Bellafill® is considered a semi-permanent filler and has 5-year post-FDA approval safety data published (we are still awaiting the 10-year data). It i...
