Can IPL treatments or other treatments using heat melt Bellafill?

I had 4 syringes of Bellafill injections this year. I love the product. But am worried if IPL or certain lasers are too strong and could melt the PMMA. Also would micro needling cause the filler to be punctured into the bloodstream

IPL can be used at the same time as fillers.  It will have no effect on the bellafill.  Best, Dr. Emer.

The melting point for Bellafill is 160 C. The temperatures of laser or IPL don't exceed 100 C. Also, in a recent study done an adominalplasty, filler was injected and then treated with various laser. There was found to be no affect on the filler. Microneedle will also have no affect on the filler.

This is a good question, since many people wonder about
this, including many providers.  Suneva,
the maker of Bellafill actually has a study going on right now about this,
although it is unlikely to show anything other than Bellafill is not affected
in any way by these treatment modalities. 
The fact is that Bellafill is too small (40 microns or the size of a
cell) and too deep (at least a mm in 99.9% of all injections) to be affected in
any way by the heat of a laser or IPL machine or by micro-needling.

I have many patients who have had these treatments and
others that have not seen any effect on their Bellafill.
