You really are a surgical candidate and need combination therapy with skin tightening like ultherapy/thermage and lasers like co2 or fraxel. fillers like bellafill will not tighten the skin and in this area can cause complications. Best, Dr. Emer.
Using a filler to "tighten" neck skin is unorthodox. This would be best accomplished with a neck lift procedure where excess skin is removed.
Using Bellafill for neck tightening is beyond off label use. I have used it for almost 10 years and would never recommend placement in the soft tissues of the neck. There are better treatments to look into such as Ultherapy, Infini and a traditional neck lift. From your one picture it appears you may be ready for a surgical lift.
I would be skeptical of this. Neck tightening is done using either surgery, Ulthera, or RF (Infini). I'm an experienced user and trainer of Bellafill. You should see what pictures this doc has for this procedure before spending the money for this.
It is interesting what some injectors are promoting. There is certainly no scientific evidencethat would support a claim that a filler in the jaw would support a necklift. If you look at the video I haveadded you will see how little is actually in a syringe. This small amount could not hold up orsupport the tissue of the neck. I hope that helpsBest regards.

While Bellafill can be molded a little bit right when it is being injected, after about an hour it will no longer move and it will remain in place. If your injection was recent then you are likely experiencing changes due to swelling that can change the shape of your lips for about 3 weeks ...
I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine Sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, skin tightening treatments such as Thermage, Fractora, and Renuvion...
