I've had this hairline for as long as I can remember but now I want to see if I can do something about it. My widow's peak is uneven too. Is there a reason for this? Can I fix it somehow?
Answer: Widow's peak A widow's peak or an uneven hairline can be corrected with a hair transplant procedure. A new, more even hairline can be mapped out and created by using grafts from the back of the head. A very natural look can be achieved with a hair transplant. Keep in mind that a natural hairline has irregularity and is not a straight line. I would recommend speaking with a hair expert to discuss all of your options. All the best,

Answer: Even out hairline with hair transplants If you are happy with the overall height of your hairline, most surgeons would suggest hair transplants to even it out. Of course, making a hairline that goes straight across is not natural either.

Answer: Uneven hairline Female hairlines tend to be more irregular than those of males, and widow's peaks are common in women. If your main goal is to even out your hairline I would recommend hair grafts. It will take a while (many months) until the grafts are long enough to make a visible difference, but I think your hairline is already feminine and that delay is worth not having to deal with the hairline advancement scar. If you want to significantly lower your hairline then a surgical hairline advancement may be another option. You can even out a hairline with this procedure as well. My guess, though, form looking at the limited photo would be that you don't need a significant hairline lowering and hair grafts would be your best option. -Dr. Rolfes

Answer: I have a widow's peak and an extremely uneven hairline (I'm only 21). Any suggestions how to fix? I wish I could see your entire face; I can see the top of one eyebrow. My suggestion would be to leave your hairline alone. The attached video demonstrates how I can lower and change an "uneven hairline" but your forehead does not look high or long. Your uneven hairline is unique and distinctive. Hope this helps
