I have a very big forehead. I am also below the age of 30. My family has no history of male pattern baldness. I do have some very slight hair recession as you can see from the picture. However, this recession is so mild that I can comb over it. What surgical solutions are available for me to shorten my forehead and make my head symmetrical? Traveling for this surgery is not an issue. I know temporal muscle reduction can help me as well. Any solutions to make my head symmetrical will help.
