1 yr ago (5/21) I had 1.5 syringes of restalyne put in my tear trough & 2 syringes of Voluma into my cheeks from 5/2021-8/21. LOVE the results, but for my 33rd bday I'dl like something more dramatic. My ?'s are: - how many syringes of Voluma are needed to attain the volume I had @20? (Im aware you cant rewind time!) - has the voluma made it that i'm not overdue for a trough refill? Would you suggest getting a .5 syringe touch up? pic1 - 5/22 pic2-4 goal pic5- 8/2020 6&7- no filler (2019)
Answer: Face At your age, I would suggest one half syringe placed on each cheek. Please do not overfill your cheek area since your face is slim.

Answer: Facial Volume The volume of the lower eyelid, tear trough and upper midface all look good in your recent photo (photo #1). The main difference between your recent photo and your desired appearance (photo #2 and #4) is the hollowness in the lower cheek and jaw line. Options to restore volume of the lower face and jaw line would include additional filler (Voluma or Contour) or Sculptra. Sculptra is a biostimulator which requires a series of injections which stimulate your body to produce its own collagen. This new collagen build up over the course of 6 months and last several years. Sculptra works well in the lower face and jaw line and as it last longer this would be a great option for you at this juncture. Consulting with a physician highly experienced in Sculptra injections would be a great way to learn more about this option.
