Does either doxycycline and levofloxacin affect previously injected Sculptra or Botox treatments?

Question

I had Botox 3 weeks ago (forehead, glabella and brow lift) Since then I have been diagnosed with cellulitis on my ear lobe. Neither Augmentin or doxycycline was working alone, so now I am on both doxycycline and levofloxacin together and this is working. My question is will either of these medications interact with my cosmetic treatments . I read muscle weakness is a concern with Levaquin and should I ask the EMT to change this one to prevent eyelid drooping?

From my experience antibiotic running through the bloodstream would have no effect whatsoever on botox injections.
