I have 16” calves and they do not protrude from the back; instead they curve to the inner side and look massive. I despise them and can’t wear shorts or dresses. They look about the same size as my thighs. I’m interested in doing something minimally invasive like Botox or other injections to make them appear smaller. Is there anything that can be done without major surgery? I am currently losing weight and they just appear larger every week. Help!!!
