I am not aware of any medical research which shows that the duration of Botox is affected by Vitamin C.  I also have some patients who take Vitamin C supplements and have never seen a shorter duration of Botox effect in those patients.  

I recommend following up with your Doctor. Side effects with Botox are rare and this is unlikely due to your treatment. Hope this helps.
