I'm sorry you are unhappy with your results. I recommend following up with your injector. It can take up to 2 weeks for final results with Botox and you may have some swelling. Hope this helps.

However, based on the symptom you did present and that the most common injection site for Botox on the nose is on the lateral sidewalls to soften bunny lines, my guess is that your injector may have hit a small blood vessel during the injection and you developed a small hematoma. This will likely resolve in a few weeks on it's own. Massage can also help to soften the area that is swollen. I recommend that you follow up with the Surgeon who injected you to have them evaluate you in person. I hope this helps.
