I was prescribed 25mg of Spironolactone for acne in January, after not seeing any difference in the severity my dosage was increased to 100 mg as of March 6. I understand Spironolactone originally takes 2-3 months to notice any improvements. I'm wondering if that time frame is similar with a dose change? Would I need to wait another 2-3 months to see improvements or should my acne improve sooner?
