Hi!! I’m 43kg, 156cm tall and got 300cc ergonomix implants. The doctor also informed me that my skin doesn’t stretch a lot. My breast look very uneven so I’m a bit worried that something is not right. Theres no pain but I do notice that the left side has less movement. I am also right handed and the side that looks higher is that side .Let me know what you think If theres anything that I can do to improve the results that would be super helpful too, thank you!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

From the photos, there does appear to be some asymmetry, with one side sitting higher and looking tighter. If you are still early after surgery, this can be very common, especially with tight skin, under-the-muscle placement, and a dominant side that may have stronger muscle tone. Implants often settle at different speeds, so the breasts can look uneven for weeks to months.

The best thing you can do now is follow your surgeon’s protocol closely. Do not start aggressive massage, bands, or exercises unless your surgeon specifically recommends them, because the correct advice depends on pocket placement and what was done in surgery. Gentle arm movement and normal walking are usually fine, but your surgeon should guide any implant displacement exercises.

If there is no pain, redness, fever, drainage, sudden swelling, or hardening, this is usually not an emergency. However, if the higher side remains significantly tight or elevated after several months, your surgeon should examine you for implant position, capsule tightness, or pocket differences. Most revisions are not considered until healing has matured, often around 6 to 12 months, unless there is a clear complication.

Both of your implants have bottomed out some with one side lower than the other side. Wearing a good supporting bra will help prevent more dropping. If this bothers you, please discuss your concerns and options with your surgeon. You may need an internal bra of mesh or even a smaller size with less weight on your tissue.

From your submitted photos it appears the implant position needs to be corrected.  This will help address the asymmetry that concerns you of one being higher, as well as improve the overall result.  See your surgeon for an evaluation.

Thank you for your question.  It is important to have a consultation in person with a board-certified plastic surgeon for proper opinion.

However based on your photographs your breast implants have bottomed out Which means that more than 50% of your breast implant rest underneath the nipple areola.

At this can be corrected but requires surgery.  If you have concerns you should obtain a second opinion from an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon.
