Both of your implants have bottomed out some with one side lower than the other side. Wearing a good supporting bra will help prevent more dropping. If this bothers you, please discuss your concerns and options with your surgeon. You may need an internal bra of mesh or even a smaller size with less weight on your tissue.

From your submitted photos it appears the implant position needs to be corrected. This will help address the asymmetry that concerns you of one being higher, as well as improve the overall result. See your surgeon for an evaluation.
