I previously had lipo on my mons, including a revision. I have been left with sagging skin that I’m very insecure about. When I wake up it’s not as bad, however by late afternoon it’s more swollen. I had one consultation that told me as I do not have much fat or skin around the area, a lift wouldn’t be a an option to me. I have always had prominent lymph nodes & been lean in my groin area.

I have published extensively on mons pubis reductions and invented some of the techniques.

You have some fat with mild excess skin.  In your case, the liposuction alone could not eliminate your bulge. Since you want a more dramatic reduction of the bulge, you need a pubic lift with open fat removal and stabilization of the pubic skin to the abdominal muscles.  The incision is usually like a caesarean incision. This will flatten the area considerably.  The potential complications are over lifting the pubic area, concavities, and unnatural scars, so be careful of your choice of surgeon,

Many women with a large mons also complain of labia majora enlargement, so this can be done
at the same time if you feel that you have extra skin there.
