Folks - after a 130 ib weight loss I recently got a tummy tuck and the surgeon did lipo some of the pubic area and give me a lift but since there wasn't a tummy lipo involved I think the region is still not as flat. 4 months post op and swelling is gone. A. Can I get a flat stomach / pube area with lipo alone in next around B. Or do I need another "lift" ie with incision C. Realistically will this help uncover the buried penis and give a more desirable look? 31, Male, 160 ib 5'8"
