Will I be able to achieve my bone pressed length approximately via monoplasty?

Hi I have a fat pad of 2.5-3cm when I press down to my Pubic bone. I am currently 78kg and 5’7 so I’m slightly overweight. I was wondering if I could reveal 2cm of length with the removal of fat and skin around my Pubic area.

It is not possible to tell unless I see photos. You may have a relative buried penis, which can be corrected with tacking sutures and liposuction.

Generally removing tissue in the pubic area will help with penile length, however an exact increase in penile length is hard to determine preop.
