Helloi have been left with Asymetry after jaw surgery’s. I had my maxilla bone expanded, double jaw surgey and chin reduction. Complication surgery shortly after including cleaning out an infection and replacing metal work after i took a knock to my jaw during recovery. What can i do to fix this? Buccal fat removal? Fat transfer? Facelift? My surgeon refuses to operate. 2 years post op
