Is there any procedure that makes the face smaller? Want a shorter fascia and slimmer jaw

Hi there, I’m a fairly young 27 year old woman, and I had some questions about rejuvenation procedures. When I look at older my face is wider and jaw is much smaller. The face when I was younger (19-20 years old) was also a lot smaller. Are there any procedures to get that small face size back? To get like a shorter fascia, side face and slimmer jaw?
