Can I make my facial bone structure less prominent/flatter?

I want to get flatter face and less prominent bone structure. I feel like I have kind of a medium to high weight visual. My eyes and nose would make a big difference. I DO NOT have deep set eyes or a high nose bridge, but the tip of my nose is overprojected and the bridge isn’t completely flat, which I would like to change. What kind of procedure would make my facial bone structure less prominent overall? Would fill fat grafting to the face help achieve my desirable look?

Without pictures to go on, it is hard to say. For the nose it sounds like a rhinoplasty to make your nose smaller is what you are looking for. Depending on what other prominences bother you, can can contour down bone to create a softer, flatter appearance. Fat grafting/transfers may be an option depending on the location, but refining bone is a little more predictable. I would advise setting up a consultation to discuss your options in a setting where we can see you in person or virtually and have a better idea of what you are looking for.
