I had an Advanced Facelift and upper blepharoplasty 6 years ago. I loved my results for about 4 years but have noticed that my lower face and neck are looking worse than before my surgery. There’s too much skin hanging around my mouth area and neck and my face is really starting to show asymmetry and drooping of my left eye. I don’t want fillers because I’ve had that before and hated the “pillow face” look it gave me, so I had it removed. Looking for surgical recommendations only.
