I actually think that reviewing pictures downloaded from a plastic surgeon's web site with you during a consultation would be helpful, but it is most important to have realistic expectations.  I have noticed in my practice that despite liposuctioning the maximum of 5 liters and transferring over 2 liters of fat per buttock, I still have patients who want more projection or more volume.  The ability to change buttock shape depends upon the skill of the surgeon and the intrinsic properties of patient tissues.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results.
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

I appears from your photos that you have already had a BBL. It would help to see the rest of your body to see if you have enough fat to do another fat transfer. Also, it would help to see what you looked like before your BBL. This would help me discern if your shape is improved with the BBL you had already or if the surgeon was in-experienced and created more of a problem. 

It appears that you may have had liposuction and fat transfer already.  If so, this changes the approach to a revision procedure.Dr. T

It looks like you may have had liposuction and/or fat injection before.  More information would be necessary to give a better answer. In general, this can be improved by removing some of the fat above and placing more in the lower regions and lateral thigh/hip region to change the shape. Best of luck.

Thank you for your question. It appears to me that you may have omitted important portion of your question which is that you had previous bbl surgery. This is suggested by the fact that you have several scars in your upper outer Buttock region where a surgeon placed fat. You have a tombstone deformity which is a classic deformity with the surgeon places fat in the wrong place in the upper outer quadrant of the Buttock and does not expand the lower outer quadrant of the Buttock.You could have this addressed and made much better.   You should reach out  to a surgeon  has Done this operation thousands of times has had no deaths , and who is  qualified in safe bbl surgery.I have attached some links for you.

From your photos, you appear to be an excellent candidate for BBL with transfer from hips to buttocks if you are in good health and your BMI (body mass indexweight in kg./ square of height in square meters) is less than 30 (there are conversion tables on the internet). 
Seek advice from a board certified plastic surgeon.
