A few years back, I noticed a dimple in my butt cheek. Over the years, it's become bigger. I recently had a BBL and that has not fixed the problem. It looked good at first but when the swelling went down it looked kind of lumpy. The whole purpose of the BBL was to correct that issue. Over all my butt is rounder but that area is not filled in. I don't know if the doctor didn't focus on the area or it's just that hard to fix.

Answer: How can I correct this empty space on my right butt cheek? (Photo)
Hello and thank you for your question. Having some hardness after liposuction is completely normal. Depending on how the areas feel I would normally suggest lymphatic drainage massage to help break this up. This is something you should speak to your surgeon about and see what they think is best.
Arian Mowlavi, MD, FACS (license on probation) says:
You are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). The optimal BBL outcomes are achieved with: 1) use of VASER liposuction to harvest the fat, 2) a closed looped system such as Puregraft to process the fat, and 3) strategic micro-packet transplant technique. These three processes...
Laying on your butt for 30 min during your post op massage is not a big deal. I do not let my patients get massage on the areas of fat transfer just the areas of liposuction.
