Dear zwillin2014,every plastic surgeon has his own postoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Arnica is probably OK. Healthy people at ideal weight should have the best overall recovery, but some of this will depend upon the surgical technique and adherence to postoperative protocols. Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials (certified by the ABPS, experience, education, training) who performs hundreds of BBLs each year. Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results and read patient reviews.
I recommend a well balanced diet low in salt after a BBL with a multi-vitamin. The supplements you listed will not hurt your but may not add much to your healing/recovery. Definitely ask your PS what they recommend.
I recommend a healthy diverse diet before and after surgery. Patient who eat healthy foods do not need supplements. None of these have been proven to have any health benefits. A restrictive diet that lacks in essential or vitamins fats is the best supplemented by a complete diet with diversity of food sources. Best, Mats Hagstrom M.D.

Swelling can figure prominently into liposuction after a few weeks. Two weeks after liposuction there is frequently swelling, tightness, and numbness that is a natural part of the healing process. If you are concerned, follow up with your PS.
About 60% of fat from the transfer is retained and the results are permanent. The size will change with your weight just as the rest of your body does. In other words, the fat acts like it was naturally there. You can get a good idea of the final result after 6 months.
