I had forehead reduction / hairline lowering 3 weeks ago and last week I began to develop indentation from the middle of my hairline down to my right eyebrow. I contacted my surgeon who told me not to worry and it's probably just how I slept last night, but after a week it's not going away!! What can I do to get rid of it? And why is it occurring? Thankyou (please ignore the pimple right in the middle of in the indentation).

It is best to contact your surgeon for post surgery issues and care since all doctors have slightly different instructions.

Thank you for your photos and question.  Although post-operative swelling can cause some mild and temporary irregularities, it is best to see your surgeon if this hasn't resolved after a week.  Best wishes to your recovery.

Apparent elevation of skin in forehead in first few days is normal after surgery. What you show is a few weeks later and is concerning. You should see your surgeon in followup.

Ylou report an indentation on your forehead following the hairline advancment surgery. I would insist on returning to your doctor for an examination
