You might consider Cellfina to reduce the cellulite. Patients are usually satisfied after the treatment (over 90 %). I would suggest you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience with Cellfina.

In  my opinion, you need a treatment that will improve both skin laxity and cellulite. The new Profound unit with long pulse durations can increase collagen, elastic fibers and hyaluronic acid. Thanks for posting. Cellulite can be difficult to treat and almost always requires using various devices. Cellulite is a problem at 3 levels - the bands, the fat and the skin. I recommend using manual disruption to cut the bands (Cellfina or similiar) in conjunction with CelluSmooth to melt the "lump" of fat and tighten the skin. Best of luck, Dr. M
