Deep cellulite - BBL or Cellfina / Cellulaze? (Photo)

Question

I'm 35, 5'6 and about 168lb Have always had very bad cellulite on butt and outer and front of thighs. I'm located in Perth, Australia but considering going international (US) for Cellfina or for a butt lift or something or just Australia interstate for Cellulaze. 1. Will any kind of lift procedure incl cutting the bands in my cellulite or would a lift help? 2. Which is the cheapest state in the US for Cellfina and would that even deal with cellulite like mine? The best treatment for cellulite is Cellfina. However, a combination approach is needed to get the most improvement. You might consider Cellfina to reduce the cellulite. Patients are usually satisfied after the treatment (over 90 %). I would suggest you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience with Cellfina.

In  my opinion, you need a treatment that will improve both skin laxity and cellulite. The new Profound unit with long pulse durations can increase collagen, elastic fibers and hyaluronic acid. Thanks for posting. Cellulite can be difficult to treat and almost always requires using various devices. Cellulite is a problem at 3 levels - the bands, the fat and the skin. I recommend using manual disruption to cut the bands (Cellfina or similiar) in conjunction with CelluSmooth to melt the "lump" of fat and tighten the skin. Best of luck, Dr. M
