Is it safe to have BBL treatments on the neck? My concern is the thyroid area, or should this area of the neck be avoided?

I am considering BBL treatments on my neck and chest to remove sun damage, improve texture. Should the thyroid area be avoided? Are their cancer risks if near the thyroid?

Both wavelengths may be used. The 560 filter with BBL does treat redness in the skin. However, it is also able treat deeper pigment. The 515 is used specifically for pigment. I usually start with a pass of BBL 560 filter at a lower energy and the make a second pass of BBL with the 515 filter...

Both BBL and laser genesis will help to reduce the appearance of enlarged pores but it does take many treatments to see improvements. I would recommend switching from a laser device to microneedling which will give you better improvement in a short period of time. You can also look into...

BBL is safe to use on the face even where there are larger veins visible. In my experience it has been a fantastic tool in improving the texture and color of the skin anywhere on the body.
