you need treatment for active acne -- Isotretinoin would be very useful. then you should do treatment with vbeam or bbl combined with lasers like halo. co2 can be done once the active acne is improved.

It is important to calm the acne down before addressing the scars.  Microneedling/RF and CO2 are helpful for treating the scars.  You should discuss treatments such as accutane (topical or oral) , light based treatment and pharmaceuticals with your physician.  Pico laser (lumenis PiOQ4) can be used to target the sebaceous glands and does a nice job of treating active acne.
