How to look 'less cute?' Is a thinner nose/face the answer?

I am almost 33 and a registered nurse. I'm quite senior within my role and I'm often in charge. Because of this I feel I want to look mature and appear my age. But I am frustrated that people often comment on me being 'cute'. Ive been a smoker for almost 18 years but I'm still asked for ID each time I buy cigarettes. I recently enquiried about Botox and fillers but the practitioner I saw said there'd be no benefit at the moment. Would a nose job make me less cute and more pretty?

Trying to look LESS CUTE? WOW!  Don't worry because with aging you'll wish you had your cute face back again. Leave your face alone unless you want to have it messed up by a surgeon who would absolutely make you look worse.  The day will come when they don't ask to see your ID soon enough!

I really don't think a rhinoplasty is the answer for you. The width and softness of your nose is down to the thickness of your skin and this is something you can't change. My advice is to enjoy being thought of as younger than you are. It's a nice problem to have! Really. :-)

You are complaining because you look too young? Just keep smoking and that will age you soon enough. Faster than you think will come a time when you look back fondly on the time you were carded.
