Is permanent bruising possible after lipo?

I just had lipo on 02/19. I'm still very swollen but my main concern is this bruise I have. The bruise is concentrated in one specific area. I'm really concerned. Is it possible for a bruise to remain permanent?

Without photos it's haft to give you a quote. I'm also a bit confused why you would want to remove volume from your buttocks and then replace it with an implant. Please elaborate for a more precise answer.

I see your area of concern but I think it's too early to declare this an aesthetic problem. Surplus skin in this area can be dealt with by a modified medial thigh lift. It's too early to explore that possibility however

Liposuction over areas where the bonus prominent such as the ribs generally is slightly more painful than liposuction performed over fleshy areas such as the hips. In any event pain after liposuction generally is quite modest.

There are a number of circumstances that can cause still to be black. One of them is blood. This would not Be the result of liposuction but could be a serious problem and should be reported to your surgeon.
