no photos are required, I've simply spent the 20 ish years sitting on my ass, due to being a social out cast, low self esteem, and a love for video games, my tail bone hurts

I see your area of concern but I think it's too early to declare this an aesthetic problem. Surplus skin in this area can be dealt with by a modified medial thigh lift. It's too early to explore that possibility however
