I see your area of concern but I think it's too early to declare this an aesthetic problem. Surplus skin in this area can be dealt with by a modified medial thigh lift. It's too early to explore that possibility however

After visiting with your surgeon you should be able to reach some resolution.  There might be a noninvasive option to use down the road like cool sculpting.

Get an opinion from a board certified plastic surgeon who does a lot of liposuction.  Most likely he or she will remind you that the inner thighs are one the most challenging areas to treat with liposuction, and that further time will reveal the ultimate outcome.Having said that, the skin laxity in the inner thighs can cause residual looseness after evacuation of the excess fat.  If severe enough, an inner thigh lift may become necessary.Best of luck.
