I have this sagging and extra fat around my mouth and mid jaw and it's so unflattering. I want to know if there's any recommendations you have with treating these areas?

It shouldn't take more than five minutes per side to achieve with immediate results that typically evoke a "Wow!" response. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. A word to the wise: be cautious about claims for this or that, relatively expensive "bells and whistles" energy device, such as fraxel lasers or RF devices, etc., as the hard science to support the use of these expensive "here-today-gone tomorrow" gizmos lags well behind the intense marketing and advertising hype and social media buzz that is used to hawk them.
