Answer: Considering filler - which areas can benefit from more volume? There are several areas where dermal fillers can be used to restore volume and enhance your natural features:Cheeks: As one of the areas most affected by volume loss, enhancing the cheeks can lift the entire face, improving the appearance of nasolabial folds and jowls.Nasolabial Folds: These are the lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth. Fillers can be used to smooth these out and reduce their appearance.Marionette Lines: These are the lines that run from the corners of the mouth down towards the chin. Fillers can help to soften these lines.Lips: With age, lips can lose their fullness. Fillers can be used to restore volume, define the lip line, or correct asymmetry.Temples: Hollow temples can give a gaunt appearance to the face. Filling this area can result in a more youthful look.Jawline: Fillers can be used to define the jawline, reducing the appearance of jowls and creating a more youthful profile.Under-Eyes: Filler can be used to correct under-eye hollows or dark circles, making you look more rested and refreshed.

Answer: What can improve on my facial appearance? The best way to tackle the issues you see on hand is with the observation of the photographs from when you were considerably younger. When I say younger, I mean between the ages of 16 and 25. Those photographs should not have you smiling with a resting face and multiple angles would be very helpful. Even though I don’t know you when you were younger, I think that your face has lost a great deal of volume around the eyes and on the sides of your face. I Would personally restore the lost volume with the use of your own fat. When I perform fat grafting to the face, the results are extremely natural and practically permanent, making the patient look at least 15 to 20 years, younger and looking like themselves when they were young. I hope this helps and good luck from New York City, Plastic Surgery .
