Good morning, I am a 36-year-old male, and as the title suggests, I have a slim gaunt face, along with an additional issue I've noticed in recent years. The lines of the zygomatic muscles are quite prominent on my face, and when I smile, they create a 'skeletal face' effect with two bulges corresponding to the tendons of these muscles clearly visible on both sides. What is the appropriate tretment?
