Answer: Best solution to nasolabial folds? Thank you for your question and photos. It is a little hard to say without at physical exam. It looks like you are a bit deep in the NLF. This can occur for a few reasons. Your malar fat pad looks like it has become a bit smaller and has moved downward. Sometimes augmentation of the malar pat pad area can help. Directly injecting the NLF area is the most common approach. There are a variety of materials that can be placed there. Please visit an experienced, well trained injector.
