I had a facelift over a year ago which left me with lumps either side of my scar under my chin. The surgeon tried to remove them a 2nd time but it made the lumps worse. He did a 3rd revision to remove the skin and scar tissue.I now have a scar under my chin which is Noticeable and my chin no longer has definition and uneven. Is there anything that can be done to get me looking more like pre surgery as I feel so self conscious?I don’t want to go back to my surgeon as lost faith given it’s worse now
