I’m due my 5 month review next month. I don’t know if I’m being overly critical but I’m still concerned that things aren’t as tight as they could be. I’m happy to talk to my surgeon about options, if they are needed, but I’m feeling awkward about the conversation and don’t what to come across as being ungrateful or it’s a reflection on his skills as a surgeon, I don’t want to offend him . Should I speak honestly without fear of upsetting my surgeon? I don’t like confrontation

Pixie ears are actuslly pretty straightforward to fix if the surgeon knows how. If your original surgeon can do it that’s ideal because the costs should be minimal as opposed to going to another surgeon. But it’s worth getting a few opinions before deciding.

I think it is safe to say that after one year there's no swelling left, but the symptoms and signs you have described could be scar tissue and the visible effect of the deep structure through your skin. For this region you may need a Revision Facelift to improve these areas of concern.
