Revision facelift - which ear should be revised? Dr is only willing to do minor revision. Both are awful and painful. (photos)

Revision face lift 2021, correction to inadequate first lift with severe pixie ears. Revision helped neck slightly but butchered ears. Dr. is willing to do minor revision to pull the unattached lobe down into a pixie shape like the other one, I'm just not sure that is the best way to go. Left tragus is pulled and painful but he will not address. Natural lobes are attached and dainty, closer in size to the left pixie. What should I do? Discuss with doc again? Find new doc? Help! Thank you!
