What I can recommend would be propping your head on a pillow to help with the acid reflux. You don't need to lay completely flat.

It is better if the patient can be flat on the back during Emsculpt because that stretches out the muscle the most and gives the best effect when Emsculpt neo contracts the muscle but usually we can tilt the entire head of the bed up to avoid acid reflux.
