Emsculpt: how soon do you see results?

If I do 4 scheduled Emsculpt appointments how soon after the last one do you see the full results? Will they "last" if I keep up a normal workout routine or do I need to do consistent ab workouts only?

The final result of Emsculpt Neo usually comes one to two months after the last session. It should last if you maintain your weight and also diet and exercise routine.

Hi erouleau22, thanks for your question. Optimal results are usually visible between 2-4 weeks after your last session. You might feel sore immediately after each session. Results will continue to improve several weeks after last treatment. A normal workout routine/ab routines and or monthly maintenance treatments are recommended to further maintain the results.

I will discuss treatment with the EmSculpt Neo therapy. This treatment combines super maximal contractions to build muscle, and radio frequency energy to burn fat.Some patients have seen results in their abdominal muscles after just one treatment. They can feel tighter and see some definition, especially if they are already fit to begin with. However best results are seen about one month after your four treatment sessions. Average fat loss is 30% and average growth of muscle is 25%.
Just like any muscle you work out in the gym. You will need to maintain your results. Best results are maintained with maintenance Emsculpt neo treatments about once every three months. You may see results last longer if you continue your ab workouts as well.

For the EmSculpt Neo, you will see the full result of muscle gains at 4-6 weeks and the full result of fat loss at 3 months after the last of 4 treatments. How long the results last then depends on what you are doing for maintenance of that muscular area combined with a healthy lifestyle. If you treated abs and want to maintain, I'd recommend having a consistent abdominal workout. Monitor your response and if you are not satisfied, add in EmSculpt maintenance treatments at least quarterly or as often as one per month.
