Should I/should I not exercise the same treated areas prior and post Emsculpt?

Intellectual430607
I’m really confused. - Some doctors recommend not to exercise the treated areas and rest them for a few days after Emsculpt, while others recommend exercising them a day after the treatment. - Also is it recommend to exercise them just before the treatment so my body can be prepared to take the highest level of Emsculpt (up to 100%) or it’s NOT recommended to exhaust the areas prior to the treatment?
