When is it safe to do Emsculpt Neo after C-section?

Most women will be cleared for exercise 6-12 weeks post partum. I would advise you to wait until you are within 20lbs of your goal weight and consult with your physican before persuing emsculpt. Emsculpt will be a great way to help diastasis recti and help you achieve your goals!

Emsculpt Neo is a phenomenal way to treat postpartum Diastasis Recti (splitting of the abdominal muscles) as well as a great way to strengthen your core post C-Section. When your OB/GYN clears you for physical exercise you will be able to get treated with the Emsculpt Neo.

I’m assuming you are referring to having the treatment on your abdomen.

If that’s the case it makes a little sense to do this treatment until your body is recovered from the pregnancy. this treatment is also not ideal for those who have significant skin laxity since that prevents showing what the underlying muscles look like.

Since there are different opinions I suggest you contact the provider who is offering the treatment and ask them what their recommendation is.

It doesn’t matter what other people think what matters is the person who is doing the treatment.
