I want my implants removed because they look too big, and the weight hurts my ribs.

I had my first implants in 1989, and had them replaced in 2012, repeatedly telling the surgeon I wanted smaller ones. He put the same size back in, ignoring my wishes. I am 66 years old. I just want these things gone. Is there some way to have this done without spending so much money? I feel cheated.
