I was considering airsculpt+, neck tite or ultherapy to help with saggy skin. I was told ultherapy would work best due to not having any fat to take out. Thoughts?
Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten the skin for a more defined look. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Neck skin tightening desired Based on your photos, you are not going to get great results with any energy based device combined with liposuction. I do not think that Ultherapy would help much. A lower face and neck lift is the best procedure that will get you a beautiful neck and jaw line and permanently remove the excess skin. Find a good facial plastic surgeon who does deep plane lifts. I hope that helps!

Answer: Laxity face/neck skin Based on your nicely posted photos you need in my opinion a full open face/neck lift with SMAS plication. The non invasive options will only offer very minimal results at best. Fee $15,000. Best to virtual consult with…

Answer: Crepey nexk skin and jowls - what is the best treatment for this? Thank you for your question and photographs. In all honesty all of the nonsurgical or minimally invasive procedures that you list leave you with less money and significant disappointment. There is no such thing as a minor or minimal lift that will leave you satisfied with the result. A rhytidectomy with platysma plastic, a face lift with neck lift including a small incision underneath the chin will restore your neck and lower face and jawline to a much younger appearance and if done by an expert leave you with a happy result.

Answer: Neck treatments Based on your pictures, it appears you’ve had previous treatments. Most likely some form of liposuction? You also have a scar on your neck I’m guessing possibly a thyroidectomy? We need your full history in order to make a good assessment. Did you have radiation therapy? Your neck does not have a normal appearance, and without knowing all the variables, it’s hard to make a good recommendation for any treatment. Liposuction by itself is not a good treatment, and I don’t think you’re going to find Renuvion or facetite to add any significant benefit. Most likely a proper neck lift is your best option, but without knowing your full history, including all previous procedures and assessments will be inherently limited. I suggest having multiple in person, consultations with local, board-certified plastic surgeons, who have extensive experience with facial aesthetics. Look for senior plastic surgeons, specializing exclusively in facelift surgery. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
