Hi! Awake fat removal (liposuction) of the chin, jowls and neck are very effective for removal of the double chin and has minimal downtime. Air sculpt is the same as chin lipo . They just use audits instead of incisions ( and fancy branding as if it’s a unique treatment ) . If you are concerned about saggy skin then Renuvion /J plasma is a great option to have done with lipo. Skin laxity occurs when patients have advanced age, poor skin quality or history of excessive weight loss. It’s hard to tell from photos alone and you didn’t provide a medical history or age , but many times lipo alone is all that is required.
