My friend just had a breast reduction. Her breast wouldn't stop growing so the doctor had told her that her breast wasn't receiving the signal to stop and they would have to manually/surgically do so. Along with removing some breast fat. I don't have enough body fat so am i able to use others? So my 2nd question is; since they can surgically stop the breast from growing into a size to big for the body, is it possible to do the opposite? Signal the breast or stimulate it to grow surgically? Thanks!
