Is it possible to use other people's fat for the augmentation? What about stimulating?

Fat grafting for breast augmentation requires a person to use their own fatty tissue. To my knowledge, it is not possible to "borrow" someone else's fat for the procedure. Breast augmentation using breast implants is a much easier and predictable way to increase breast size and is usually a much better option. There is also no new technologies that allow for breast tissue receptor manipulation to help control or increase breast size.

Good question- as stated by others it's not done for rejection reasons. Even with an identical twin, proper screening for acquired infectious issues would need to be done prior to considering a transfer/grafting. A board certified PS can help answer your questions. Good luck!

If you have heard of this being done, it is a report of transfer between identical twin siblings. Fat cannot be grafted from one person to another. Other than pregnancy, there are no hormonal manipulations known that can make breasts increase in size. Breast augmentation with implants is the only solution available to you.Thanks for your question, all the best. 

Thanks for your questions but I am no aware of any breast stimulant except for the hormonal changes associated with pregnancy and tumors that will increase breast size.  Nor am I aware of anything surgical to stop breast growth.  Fat grafting can be done for modest augmentations and it has to come either from you or an identical twin.

For all intent and purpose, fat transfers can only be autogenous, from your own fat cells. The only way to surgically make a breast larger is with fat transplants and breast implants. Lots of misconceptions. You can't use someone else's breast tissue or fat.  Also, surgery has no effect on any hormonal issue which could be implicated in breast growth. It addresses the result, not the problem. That said, most hypomastia or macromastia is not the consequence of a hormonal malfunction.
