Fat transfer using liposuction and fat injection is now a well-established technique and can be applied to any area including the breasts. For many years breasts were not considered a reasonable place to do fat grafting because of the concern for calcification which might interfere with mammograms in the future. Scientific studies into this question have clarified that this should not be that much of a concern if the procedure is done carefully and atraumatically. Nevertheless this issue should be discussed and understood.

can certainly be done but you must be willing to accept the risks of fat grafting and realize that your breasts usually will still be on the soft side and not terribly firmer, depending on what volumes you are considering.  Costs will vary by doctor and you should do your homework so you know that to expect and realize that revisions or re-dos are almost certain in your situation so you should know what additional costs there may be.
