I'm not sure I want the change after rhinoplasty to be too drastic, but if people do notice it;s not the end of the world. I have taken all my pictures off of Instagram accept three of them.... I'm in a stage right now where I'm pursuing new things so I don't have many friends who I see often which is great because I can start off a new chapter with a new look! Will people I don't see that often but still know me, notice? When I had my nose pierced a few people seemed to notice that.
